Mission of function

- Responsible for monitoring, sustaining and improving the existing tube production process as well as introducing new process for new product to ensure that production is running smoothly.

Contacts (internal / external)

- Internal contacts: Production, Equipment Management, Logistics and Product Management.

Task

1. Monitor the existing process during mass production and carry out the trouble-shooting actively to ensure daily production output and high First Pass Yield

2. Set up and maintain validation & verification of production processes, including creating Work instruction for production staff and qualifying them via training according to quality procedure

3. As interface to R&D to ensure the technique output from them is successfully transferred and realized into mass-production either sustaining the esixting process or introducing the new process

4. Continuously optimize the process to ensure high quality and low cost of product

Knowledge

1. Knowledge of X-Ray product and technology

2. High-vacuum technology

Experience

1. More than 3 years working experience of process engineering in manufacture fields

2. Experience in new product introduction or related

3. General ability to cooperate with worldwide partners
