Skills Description:
1.Java SE (Release 1.7)
2.Solid SQL ability
3.Proficiency in Object Oriented design and programming.
4.Experience with Object Relational Mapping (ORM), especially Hibernate and JPA.
5.Experience using web presentation technologies such as JSP, JSF, Ajax, Jamon, Velocity, or FreeMarker.
6.Use of web container technologies, especially Tomcat.
7.Proficiency with IDE-based development, especially in Eclipse.
8.Proficiency building unit tests, especially using JUnit.
9.Proficiency with Maven and SVN.
10.Good English including both spoken and written
11.XML and related technologies such as XSD, JAXB, XSLT, etc.
12.Experience with large databases and systems.
13.Experience Leading Offshore Teams highly desired, good communication and leadership
