Mission of function

- Responsible for planning and introducing the logistics concept (such as Kanban, supermarket, etc) for the new factory planning and realizing the lean logistics process for new factory.

Contacts (internal / external)

- Internal contacts: CRM(sales), BA(business admin), SCM M(production), SCM PE(process engineer), Business Units both China and Germany.

- External contacts: Customers/Suppliers/Service Provider.

Task

1. Planning and introducing the logistics concept (such as Kanban, supermarket, etc) for the new factory planning.

2. Planning the logistics part for moving current factory to new location.

3. Realizing the logistics process for new factory during new factory set-up.

Knowledge

1. Logistics processes knowledge.

2. IT-Tools and methods.

Experience

1. More than 3 years working experience in logistics related function areas.

2. Experience in logistics project to introducing new logistics concept or process.

3. Project leadership experience is preferred.

4. General ability to cooperate with worldwide partners.

Education and Language

1.Good teamwork, planning and organization skills.

2.Ability to work effectively and independently.

3.Good command of English language both oral and written, as well as computer skills.
