职位描述：
1、Core Compentecy
Strong MSG seating product and process knowledge；

2、Duty and Responsibility
1）Support project team implement MSG seating deep localization；
2）Support machine supplier to design MSG seating assembly line(Such as: work station layout , Poke-yoke,line balance,etc) and assembly device/tool design；
3）Provide technical support for MSG seating purchasing part(Stamping part,welding part,injection part)and foam part；
4）Prepare MSG seating assembly's related document ( Such as: Flow chart,WI,P-FMEA, Procduct /Process Characteristic list),and give the training for operator,Creat routing in SAP system,etc；
5）Implement lean production within the plant, including plant layout optimization, productivity improvement, samll train route design,implement Kanban pull system,supermarket setup,etc；
6）Implement lean production in the whole manufacturing processes in the plant and potentially in the whole supply chain, including but not limited to plant layout optimization, 7 waste elimination, SMED, inventory reduction, productivity improvement, etc.
7）Work with other functions and initiate ideas for cost reduction, quality improvement and delivery performance improvement. And develop PDCA action plan to track progress.
8） Develop a culture of continuous improvement and motivate all team members to be engaged in it.
9）Other work assigned by department supervisor.

3、Knowledge and Skills
1）Be familiar with MSG seating product&process；
2）Be good at English；
3）Have Lean Working Experience；
4）Be familiar with MS Office& Auto CAD；
5）Good in interpersonal relationship and communication；
6）Highly enthusiastic and team work spirit；
7）Be familiar with SAP system and FMEA-SCIO system

4、Education and Experience
1.Degree or above major in mechanical and Engineering,Min. 5 years of work experience in automobile or manufacture field. 2.Mastery TS16949 relevant knowledge and five tools (FMEA、APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC), know about VDA6.3,VDA6.5.
