Backend

The back-end segments Sensors, Chip Card and Chip Embedding allow the development of cross-collaborative innovations over the entire value chain from chip production to wafer testing, preassembly, package design and the development of new materials.

In your new role you will:

• Set up IE standard data and IE system roll out (OEE Target/F1 Time/F1 Material consumption)
• Headcount planning and direct labor productivity (MMO)
• IE baseline setup; drive standardization through IE study and validation.
• Work out area strategy and Optimize Factory Layout and working place design
• WIP management and production cycle time improvement
• Fully response for Production efficiency improvement(Material/Personal/Capital),Lead "Next level of Productivity" Project to ensure YtY production improvement

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree holder with Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing System Engineering / Engineering Management, or automation major.
• At leat 6 years' working experience at IE/Lean manufacture with over 2 years' expeirence at management position. Relevant experience in semiconductor industry will be a plus.
• Expertise of AutoaCAD, SAP, JMP, Access and other software.
• Able to inspire and coordinate cross-functional improvement team with high passion.
• Positive team leader, Independent, detail-oriented.
• Good problem solving skill with innovative idea / alternative.
• Manage conflict with constructive confrontation.
• Good command of English in both oral and written.
