职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the quality related issues in manufacturing plant.
2. Developing & implementing a full Quality Operating System with all key measurable.
3. Set up Quality System, Advance Quality Planning, control processes and PPAP documentation. Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained.
4. Undertakes continuous improvement projects: APQP, TS16949, and others as required
5. Ensure the implementation of adequate evaluation tools, e.g.: Product inspection and testing, process/product audits, measurement equipment management, appropriate SPC techniques, etc.
6. Responsible for the control of process, delivery of non-conforming products
7. Ensure that Customer's and internal requirements are addressed, and satisfied.
8. Promote Customer satisfaction/success and manage quality related issues with customers;
9. Manage continuous improvement for quality related issues / processes; e.g. by evaluating and developing improved techniques for the control of the quality and reliability of the products.
10. Promote awareness of the importance of the key quality related jobs within the operation;
11. Provide quality related internal / external training for all employees; e.g. training for new employees.
12. Production data & records collection and measuring.
13. Management of quality team to achieve all the quality related performance.
14. Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree or above in Quality/ Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy/Foundry Engineering related area;
2. Have a good understanding/knowledge about TS 16949
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quality Manager or Supervisor ;
4. Familiar with quality tools, such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 7 basic quality tools;
5. Good capability of making Quality and Process audit
6. Self-motivated and cooperative, good interpersonal skills ;
7. Minimum CET-4. Fluency spoken and written skills in English;
