Job requirement:
1. Lead the planning team to ensure availability of chips & materials to support production requirement and finished goods to fulfill customers demand on time
2. Promote harmonized working environment, cultivate teamwork and collaboration mindset within department
3. Responsible for Finished Goods, Chips & Materials inventory management to meet the inventory level set by company
4. Monitor Vendor Delivery Performance and work on continuous improvement
5. Monitor and optimize production line loading and drive to improve manufacturing JIT, delinquencies and 1st commit performance
6. Evaluate and review department processes for improvement from time to time

Job requirement:
1. Bachelor degree with over 8 years related experience
2. Master at SAP system & Microsoft application
3. Good at problem solving skills, Business process knowledge, Supply chain and Inventory management
4. Good at English communication (writing & speaking)
5. Good leadership skill & project management experience
