Position Summary/Objective职位概要:

Loads, unloads, moves and prepares materials within or near plant or worksite. Process the receiving and shipping of products. Manage warehouse；Assist with control of materials and assuring accurate inventory.

使用叉车等搬运设备负责装卸、搬运仓库和生产现场的物料。负责处理原材料和产品的收发货操作和流水账录入。管理仓库。协助进行物料控制和保证库存数量的准确。

Primary Duties/Responsibilities主要工作职责:

The list of duties and responsibilities is not an all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management deems necessary.

以下为主要工作职责，未包含上级主管根据工作需要可能安排的其他工作职责。

1. Manage the materials warehouse ensuring all raw material is properly documented in Plex reflecting accurate locations, deliver/move materials to the proper inventory location, department, or personnel, maintain organized racks.

管理材料仓库，保证所有的原材料库存正确录入系统，根据生产要求将原材料搬运适当的地点或部门，对库位进行有整理和有效管理。

2. Receive materials物料接收:

a. Unload freight carriers and sign freight bills of lading

卸载物料并签收

b. Confirm incoming quantities and enter receipts into Plex

进行进料数量确认并将进料单录入Plex系统

3. Ship materials物料发运:

a. Prepare materials, primarily finished goods, for shipping

根据成品发货发货计划进行发货备料准备

b. Process shipments including the loading of materials on to the carriers and processing all related shipping documentation

用叉车装载成品，并按要求处理发货的相关单据

4. Perform regularly schedule cycle counts

进行定期库存盘点

5. Read work orders and follow oral instructions to ascertain materials needed to be moved.

根据生产订单分发、搬运物料

6. Pre-load job orders /work orders for each line into Plex system:

将生产订单预录进Plex系统：

a. Pre-stage components in specified area

将生产物料搬运至现场指定区域

b. Determine if it is feasible to run job/ work orders based on material availability.

判断生产订单所需的物料是否充足

c. Set up foam and bubble bags.

准备泡沫、气泡袋等装箱材料

7. Aid each line in the changeover process

协助生产线进行物料切换

8. Remove excess materials from line while verifying quantities to help control inventory.

将多余的物料退至仓库，确认数量，协助进行物料控制

9. Warehouse safety and 5S, take care of forklift maintenance.

负责仓库安全和5S，负责叉车保养

Skills, Education, and Experience技能、教育及经验要求:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

高中或相当学历

2. Good communication skills

沟通技能良好

3. Ability to work well independently

能够自觉和独立地工作

4. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to follow written directions while maintaining a consistent pace.

工作必须细致、有条理；能够理解书面工作流程及指示，并具有良好、一贯的的执行性

5. Skilled in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL, with an aptitude to pick up new programs

能够操作MS WORD和EXCEL, 并有能力学习新的电脑应用

6. ERP system experience preferred.

有ERP系统操作经验优先

7. Must be certified to drive Forklift and other materials handling machines

持有叉车证；同时持有其他搬运设备操作证书优先

8. Ability to think through logistics and timing of events to complete successful, timely shipments.
