Job Responsibility:

Responsible for;

· Prepare, follow-up and fulfill budget of department within timeline set by GM

· Member of the management team of Exir (Wuxi) Technology Co., Ltd. defining and implement targets, procedures, policies and processes defined in local and/or global management.

· Cooperate with functions as HR, Administration, Finance, Project and Product Area's to ensure a unified Company, i.e. procedures etc. despite different Customer Areas, complaint from other department shall be solved within 2 weeks.

· Implement and Monitoring the Management System according to ISO 9001/ISO14001 and other

Customer requests (i.e. ETL, PPAP, SNAP etc)

· Quality Assurance set up rules and guidelines of how to secure good quality through the supply chain and production flow (from material intake to shipping) and in the transfer process (NPI - Industrialization of new products)

· Supplier Quality Administration - Including First Article approval, Incoming Quality Assurance of materials, evaluate and control supplier quality and its improvements.

· Overall for all operational activities responsible of the Quality Area

· Overall for all operational activities responsible of the ESD-protection of the Company

· Overall for all operational activities responsible of the ETL-handling

· Overall for all operational activities responsible of the DCC & ECN-process

· Overall responsible for driving our continues improvement procedures within TPS

· Report to management and Global Quality function the Companies quality system performance and requirements of improvement

· Coordination of all Measuring and Test Equipment and its control/calibration

· Ensure, establish, improve and maintain the processes of the Quality Management System

· Coordinate Non-conformance part/sub-assembly/product handling

· Evaluate new/current suppliers together with Product Area's

· Measure and follow-up Quality performance of suppliers

· Organize and perform audits (System, line and product)

· Establish breakdown goals and strategies for the department based on Company goals and strategies within defined timeframe by GM

· Contact person for Customer and its organization concerning Customer Audits, Complaints, ECN, and Drawing & Specification Distribution.

· Input for quotations for new projects concerning Q and/or changes of old projects within timeline.

· Act as the Company representative concerning the Quality and Environmental System

· Lead the team to achieve annual KPI target

· Other tasks appointed by Manager

Requirements:

Education:

· >= Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Management or its equivalent;

· Fluent in Oral and written English at least passed CET-6

· Familiar with base working procedure of employment/termination of Exir Wuxi; local government regulations/policies concerning enterprise management;

Work Experience:

· Quality/Mechanical/Electronically Engineer with University degree (>= Bachelor degree)

· >= 10 years' work experience in a Foreign invested Manufacturing Company

· >=5 years' work experience as a leader/manager within the area of Quality

· Work experiences from Electro-Mechanical manufacturing with experiences covering some/all of the following areas; Mechanical and Electronically assembly work, Machining (turning & milling),

· Technical Supplier Development

· Plastic Injection molding, PCBA production, various surface treatment, casting and Stamping

· Evaluation of Supplier Quality performance

· Experiences in ISO9001 and ISO14001 implementation and maintenance

· ESD-procedures and Protection

· ETL-certification and procedures

Knowledge and capabilities:

· High integrity

· Good oral and written English, able to handle telephone calls with foreigners

· Communication skills with Customers as well as the internal staff

· Strong Leadership skills

· Have a good understanding of Workflow systems and Process orientation

· High degree of personal integrity and confidence

· Cooperative and able to encourage others

· 6 Sigma knowledge or similar
