Requirements:

Education:

· College's or University degree in Engineering with Mechanical and/or electrical background

· Fluent in read and written English at least passed CET-4

Work Experience:

· More than 5 years quality area management experience from Multi National Company>3 years working in foreign company.

· Experience in working with Engineering Change process

· Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001system management.

· Experience in DCC management.

· Customer claims handling experience.



Knowledge and capabilities:

· Strong Leadership skills

· Knowledge in reading drawings, standards and technical specifications.

· Deep knowledge/understanding of Document control and its procedures.

· Knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001 system.

· Good Team work spirit to obtain quick results.

· High degree of personal integrity and confidence

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for;

Manage ECN, TPS, DCC process, ISO9001 certification and environment & safety management in Exir (Wuxi).

· File, Document and maintain ECN.

· Manage the ISO system document or record and its distribution.

· Responsible for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system certification.

· Ensure that Engineering changes are done promptly and on time in all areas

· Check and control effective documents used within Plant.

· Support other departments for record and document files such as Serial numbers etc.

· Cooperate TPS process

· Continues Improvements

· Customer claims handling.

· Other jobs required by Department Manager
