Job Description :

1. lead the Machining process team to maintain and improve the CNC machining process and increase production effectively.
2. in charge of new product and project phase in
3. Be responsible for CAM management of CNC machining
4. Set up and maintain machining process procedures,implement and upgrate process related technical documentation such as instruction card, drawings, etc
5. Guide and training machining process engineers, improve technical skills continuesly
6. Be responsible for Design Notification implementation and Process Notification proceed


Experience Requirements
1.experience and enough knowledge with the CNC milling/turning/grinding process
2.six years experience in CNC machining
3.familiar with the CMM inspection process
4.experience in screw or/and impeller machining process will be a plus
5 experience in Pro/E and Catia manufacturing(multi-axis) will be a plus

Knowledge / Educational requirements
1.bechelor or master in mechanical manufacturing major or mechanical design manufacturing and automation major
2.good at oral and written English
3.office software skill

1.interpersonal and communication skills
2.be a team player - open-minded and flexible
3.strong ability to work under presure
