JOB Description:
Product Management:
-To map market requirements within the region and translate these to product master specifications;
-Define the marketing strategy for your product range and present at the product strategy meetings (PSM), from time to time.
-Elaborate detailed master specifications for new product ranges and present at the product committee meetings (PCM).
-Be an active member of the project teams and guide the product development process from the marketing point of view.
-Organize the launch of new products incl. events, pricing, product information, sales argumentation, training,, campaigns.
-Define transfer price levels in line with market price and GP targets.
-Provide input to the factory to achieve competitive delivery times.
-Build and continuously update competitor information through data research, tests, exhibitions.
-Attend technical committee meetings (TCM) to actively follow-up product quality.
-Liaise with Airpower to achieve synergies in marketing activities, including communications;
-Look in to opportunities for localization or local designs
-Develop sales tools and documentation to support the products and applications;
-Other duties and tasks as delegated by Vice President Marketing.

Country Responsibility:
-Follow-up and cooperation with countries within the region;Sharing of best practices and case stories with countries within the region;
-Drive business development along with the customer centers.
-Participate in Business review meetings (BRM s).
-Involvement in target and price setting handling of SPA’s.
-Follow-up of OFA business plan for assigned countries


Requirements/Qualification
Experience requirements
-Prior experience in active sales and marketing is preferred;
-Good technical, commercial and communication skills. Analytical skills to transform data in to a strong cohesive strategy for your product range.
-Fluency in English is a requirement. Knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.

Knowledge
Understanding of compressed air systems and applications is a plus.

Educational requirements
University degree with a solid commercial and technical background.

Additional information
Extensive traveling within the region, is required.
