职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1.Play an active role in setting up the materials lab
2.Develop and maintain expert knowledge in the field of materials in relation to the Atlas Copco compressor and generator technology. This could include matters about metals, coatings, polymers, oil, cooling water, air…
3.Establish a strong network of connections at universities, research centres, suppliers and their development departments.
4.Perform material investigations, analysis and testing which are often undertaken with external centres of competence.
5.Continuously strive for improvement of your services (quality, content, efficiency…) according to the needs of the Wuxi organization
6.Continuous and strong interaction with the Materials Laboratory at Atlas Copco Airpower, Antwerp.
7.Continuously work on your knowledge in your domain.

Main Requirements:
1.Master Degree or above in Materials Engineering or similar by proven experience track record, preferably with a strong non-metal material background
2.Basic knowledge of and strong interest in all material domains: coatings, polymers, oil, cooling water, air, metals, …
3.Experience in material testing and qualification.
4.Mandarin mother tongue and very good knowledge of English, both oral and writing.
5.Positive thinking and open minded team player with a strong interest to work in an international company.
6.Able to work independently with a strong focus on the end-result.
7.Take initiative to learn.
8. Good communicator and committed to convince others to contribute to the realization of your projects.

Atlas Copco Wuxi Compressor is a production center within Atlas Copco Compressor Technique and Construction Technique business areas. It develops and manufactures portable diesel and electric driven compressors and generators, lighting towers and small to medium sized industrial air and oil-free compressors for global market.
