职位描述：
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience
- Bachelor degree in Electronics / Electrical / Chemical or Mechanical engineering
- Preferably working in Tier 1 EMS or related OEM / ODM industry
-Hands-on and knowledgeable in PCBA/NPI & Box build environment
-Familiar with PCA products / BOM generation / Gerber files / Fixtures development
-Experience in PCBA (Medium) and Box build
-Strong both in Process, SPC and DOE related engineering. Good failure analysis in PCA
-Logic & Analytical thinking and have a passion to succeed
-Have IE knowledge is added advantage
-Good communication and able to present root cause analysis / improvement plan or lean sigma presentation
-Experience in Medical products is added advantage
-Good spoken in English & Chinese


Job Responsibilities:
- To supervises subordinates and identify training needs.
- To improve yield through updates/changes/retrofit of equipments/processes.
- Involve in day-to-day production sustaining.
- To maintain a through knowledge and in depth field experience on PCBA to meet company's goals.
- To adapt effective advanced manufacturing technologies and apply them.
- To drive Equipment Engineer for down time management.
- To continuously improve product cycle time by means of process and equipment.
- To provide continuous improvement solution to the dedicated work cell.
- To define new product and ECN process flows and it quote.
- To supervise and or perform newly set-up Equipment / line buy-off. 举报 分享
