职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Carry out routine preventive maintenance plan together with maintenance team member
? Engineering spare parts ordering and stock management to support production needs
? Identify equipment fault and perform prompt and efficient repairing
? Detect and process potential problem in time by site inspection & other preventive maintenance
? Fill and keep preventive maintenance and repairing records correspondingly and timely
? Record all maintenance activity timely both in SAP/forms/logbooks and GMP related document
? Modify any defectives of all production line to get better performance with creative and effective solution
? Suggestion for optimizing operation procedure
? Promote parts and components domestic purchasing, refurbishment and fabricating for cost saving
? Draft technique SOPs and recording forms as required
? Equipment document management
? Maintain documents and forms be updated in AZ-Doc system as required
? Draft work instructions and OPLs (one point lesson) as required
? Raise changes in OCM system for any equipment modification to ensure the activities comply with the quality management procedure
? Comply with all the codes and regulations of GMP
? SHE responsibility

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical-electrical integration engineering or related
? Pharma. Formulation knowledge and technical solutions
? Maintenance on process control equipment, mechanical, electrical and pneumatics system and components
? Understand, compliance & execute the GMP / SHE and related SOPs
? 5 years of working experience technical related
? Fluent English in reading, writing, listening & speaking
? Good MS office skill
? AutoCAD and PLC maintenance skills are preferred
? Good technical management and communication internally or externally
? Maintenance certificate of electrician
