Job Description:
1. Handling of FAR (Failure Analysis Request) / Customer complaint
a. Verification & validation of customer complaints
b. Provide FA reports to customers, track FAR response time and CA (Corrective Action) effectiveness.

2. Involving in line quality improvement.
a. Identify problem & initiate improvement team.
b. Identify root cause & work on improvement activities.
c. Periodic meeting to review effectiveness of result.

3. Managing in PPCM (Product Process Change Management)
a. Review changes, notify customer & determine qualification test requirement.
b. Coordinate the PPCM presentation, post change follow up & documentation of changes

4. Handling of special clearance
a. Validate the deviation found at production / FC (Final Clearance).
b. Initiation of special clearance and obtain relevant authorized approval.
c. Tracking on shipment of product waived under special clearance.

5. Handling of shipment halt note
a. Initiate and approval of shipment halt.
b. Shipment disposition and follow up on segregation, containment & corrective action.
c. Release shipment upon verification of containment & corrective action.

6. Handling of RMA (Return Material Authorization)
a. Make decision on AP RMA which is due to logistic, quality etc.
b. Make disposition of return goods due to logistic, quality etc.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree of electronics or related
2. 3-5 years of related working experience
3. Good at English communication
4. Good at Microsoft office skill
5. Master knowledge of ISO system / TS 16949
