Job description:
1. Provide technical support to manufacturing to cope for increasing demand for capacity extension.
2. Provide technical support for production machine upgrading & improvement on OEE, MTBA, Yield, and Quality.
3. Perform equipment set up per product & process requirement.
4. Provide technical support for production machine conversion for increasing demand , OEE, MTBA, Yield and Quality.
5. Provide technical support to production in resolving chronic or day one problem.
6. Provide technical support to production in resolving crisis machine problem.
7. Coordinate operational & set-up training for new machine release.
8. Coordinate equipment improvement plan with supplier & production.
9. Perform equipment buy-off per specification & buy-off the equipment.
10. Set up the equipment preventive maintenance requirement & execute the preventive maintenance.
11. Set up spare part requirement for the equipment & responsible to the maintenance cost .
12. Trouble shooting for the equipment and responsible for the equipment downtime.

Job requirement:
1. Bachelor degree of electronics, mechanics, or related major
2. Good at English communication
3. 3-5 years of related working experience in semi-conductor industry
4. Familiar with QC 7 tools, SPC, Microsoft office skill
