1. Job Qualifications:
1.1 Education:
BSc. in Computer, Electronics, Mechanical engineering or related engineering field, from a well-known university, with preference for computer science, as major studies.
1.2 Required skills:
Must have over 3 year’s proven experience (hands on) with sales and customer support of capital equipment for PCB related industry, including:
? Proven experience (hands on), in sales and customer support for multi disciplinary inspection system in PCB related industry-mandatory.
? Proven knowledge and experience (hands on), in troubleshooting and training support for windows operation system, optical system and mechanical system- mandatory.
? Working as engineer in PCB production and have proven working knowledge and experience (hands on) in PCB production process – mandatory
2. Personality required for the job:
? Must be fast learner with strong engineering background
? Must have strong problem solving ability
? Must have customer support orientation and good communication skills
? Must be able to work independently
? Should be team worker
? Hard working – ready to put in extra hours
? Must be energetic and creative
? Must be able to document his/her work
? Must have fluent English and Mandarin
In this key sales support role, the sales and customer support engineer will be base in Suzhou and will be part of the sales and customer support team to support the sales, evaluations, demos, installations, troubleshooting and training of multi disciplinary vision inspection system. The sales and customer support engineer will be required to support the company customers in all the sales and customer support efforts at customer’s site.
*The position required frequent travelling in China on daily base
