职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the Project management which defined within the team.
2.Be sure the supplier selection process strictly follow up the group standards and company procedures
3.Implement AC Wuxi NPP sourcing strategy, use supplier selection and evaluation procedures to audit the potential suppliers and select suitable suppliers.
4.Implement the company sourcing target in purchasing cost and quality control
5.Supplier management, establish logistic system with supplier, set up the target for in time delivery and follow-up to achieve win-win situation
6.Contract handling, by using certain economic and legal knowledge to sign the favorable supply contract and follow-up
7.Manage the available resources efficiently, focus on the target and commitments to be reached.
8.Implement and active support the Atlas Copco standards on sustainability.
9.Play an active role model in the Business Code of Conduct. Guide and monitor the team.
10.Training & coaching the team in professionalism. Develop the Team Competence to support the growth of the company Business.

Main Requirements:
1.With 5 years working experience within manufacturing environment, at least 2 years sourcing or relevent experience
2.With certain economic and legal knowledge, Good command of English language both oral and writing, as well as computer skills.
3.Good communication and negotiation skills.
4.Bachelor or above degree, major in mechanics Engineering or related area
