职位描述：
1、 根据公司销售计划制定生产计划；
2、 组织、确保高效和有效生产；
3、 负责改进生产工艺，提高产品质量；
4、 生产费用的控制；
5、 生产部内部的管控制度的制定。

Job responsibilities:
? Production planning according to corporate sales plan;
? To organize and ensure efficient and effective production;
? Responsible for improving the production technique and product quality;
? To control production cost and expense;
? To set internal management and control rules of the Production Department the internal management and control regulation of the production department.

任职条件：
1、 3年以上膨化水产饲料生产和管理经验；
2、 具备丰富的膨化水产饲料生产线设备、设施相关知识与经验；
3、 在职或离职一年内的生产部经理、生产厂长及以上人员（若其它条件优秀，车间主任也可考虑），且连续任职3年以上；
4、 年龄45岁或以下（若其它条件优秀，可放宽年龄要求）；
5、 大专及以上学历；
6、 良好的沟通协调能力与和合作精神；
7、 熟练使用电脑及办公软件;
8、 同等条件下，英语口语流利者优先考虑。

Job requirements:
? 3 years or above of experience in extruded aqua-feed production and management;
? Good knowledge and rich experience in extruded aqua-feed production equipment and facilities;
? Production manager, production director or above position for 3 continuous years , who is now
working in a feed mill or has resigned from a feed mill for less than one year. (If other aspects are
excellent, workshop head will be considered);
? 45 years old or below (If other aspects are excellent, age requirement can be negotiated);
? College education or above;
? Good communication and coordination skills as well as cooperation spirit;
? Proficient in PC operation;
? Fluent spoken English is preferred on equal conditions. 举报 分享
