职位描述：
Responsibilities:

? Lead flow improvement and cost optimization efforts for direct materials used within the RPC and the extended product supply chain
? Coordinate all activity required for (short term) production scheduling and planning
? Execute planning and purchase of direct materials for PET
? Maintain strong relationship with the Product Supply Chain Team to ensure PET alignment with local and global procurement, supply chain and Marketing Company initiatives
? Performance-manage and coach Material Flow Team

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in materials management, a related field, or equivalent experience
? Materials management, a related field, or equivalent experience
? Team leadership and group process skills
? At least 8 years of Material/Planning working experience in multi-national manufacturing environment where advanced ERP is used
? Fluent English in reading, writing, & speaking
? Good MS office skill
