职位描述：
1. 新产品/项目PPAP/EMPB文件的汇编和汇总；
Prepare and collection for PPAP/EMPB documents of new product and project.
2. 运用质量技术分析生产的稳定性（CPK或PPK分析等）；
Using quality technology to analysis stability of production (CPK or PPK and so on )
3． 分析产品不良原因，处理客户投诉，编写8D报告；
Analysis the root cause of defect parts, handling customer complaints, prepare the 8D report；
4. 对检验不合格时及时向上级或相关人员进行书面汇报，并负责不合格物资的处理及发起供应商抱怨；
Report in written about bad parts to leader or related person in time, also responsible for transacting bad parts and complain to supplier.
5. 编制新产品的控制计划，检验指导书及相关文件并对检验员进行培训。
Prepare control plan, inspection instruction and related documents for new product, and training inspector based on the document.
6. 检验员工作的安排及管理；
The inspector works arrangement and management.
6. 批产产品生产文件的检查并作必要的更新。
Check series production files and make necessary update.
7. 部门领导交办的其它工作。
Other tasks appointed by dept. leader.


1. 大专及以上学历；
College graduation and above
2. ISO/TS16949的内审员资格证书；
Qualification certificate of internal auditor for ISO/TS16949
3. 汽车行业相关工作经验三年以上；
Working experience of automobile industry with more than three years;
4. 掌握ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.3或客户的特殊要求；
In control of ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.3 or customer special requirement;
5. 良好的英语或德语听、说、写能力；
