Production Planner 生产计划
负责master planning 主计划
英文（流利，平时report，开会都要说英文）;
SAP系统经验;
生产品种多，周期短的行业（lead time短的，计划都是daily change的，lead time很短，需要planner快速反应。

Report to: Production Planning Supervisor

Job description:

1) Generate Monthly/Weekly/Daily master plan according to sales rolling Forecast;

2) Tracking Inventory Turns under the control of FG/WIP/RM;

3) Tracking production capacity and submit the analyze report to related department;

4) Evaluate the performance of production team and organize planning meeting to get improvement;

5) Tracking OTD Performance to achieve customer satisfaction target.

6) Support new project launch and BOM and Routing setting in SAP;

7) Coordinate with other department to handle the emergency from production lines;

8) Organize A3 team to get improvement for the whole process during production;

9) SAP Operations for planning and work order release.

Requirements:
Knowledge and experience with master planning; Demonstrated leadership in management to achieve aggressive performance targets; Skills and knowledge in Supply Chain with no less than 3yeas.
Experience in automobile industry is preferred. Experience in SAP system.
Multinational company experience and fluency in English should be considered a prerequisite.
Knowledge and experience with lean concepts is a priority;. 举报 分享
