职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:

1. Product Quality Engineering whom responsible line quality issue, handle customer issues, process auditing, qualification activities.


MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Product Engineering
- Ensure that customer documents are verified.
- Ensure any changes in process and product are verified, approve and documented.
- Ensure all products are released with the the consideration on all Quality requirements.

2. Deviation Management / IPA audit
- Handle customer complaints and returns, monitor, review and verify corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Review on all quality issues used for effectiveness in reducing customer dissatisfaction.
- Establish and execute GMP audits.

3. Final Clearance
- Defined sampling plan for product FC.
- Report weekly and monthly performances.
- Laise with Manufacturing to resolve product deviation at FC.

4. Change Management (Product / Process Aspect)
- To lead and guide QEs in the implementation of SQE Business Processes in the areas of Supplier / material
qualification, supplier audit, quality contract with supplier and supply quality management.
- Incoming QA inspection - to provide resources for incoming QA inspection and ensure compliance to the established business processes.

5. No. of Employee to handle: 26-50 employees.


QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Material / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/SPECIAL CERTIFICATE:

1. Problem Solving Tools, Auditing skill, ISO / TS16949 requirement, basic SPC knowledge and BE Manufacturing Processes 举报 分享
