职位描述：
1. To be full responsible for entire warehouse management( internal and exteral warehouses)
2. Be responsible for audit (internal & external) related to warehouse managment and warehouse material flow process.
3. To improve the process and increase efficiency
4. To define warehouse management process and working instruction for each station
5. To set up warehouse operator’s KPI and monitor the KPI monthly
6. To define action and correct plan to acheive all KPI
7. To be the lead for annual stock taking, be resposible for inventory accuracy.
8. Make deep analysis for inventory difference and report the stock taking result monthly & yearly with detailed reason and action plan for improvement
9. To check and auditing the rate of progress and performance of every working station in warehouse.
10. With responsibility for training employee and checking on work time, review employee’s performance monthly.
11. To communicate and coordinate with other department, and manage the relationship between warehouse and other departments.
12. To answer for keeping goods, and must make a detailed list of each incoming and outgoing, and check all incoming and outgoing to make sure that we have same data physically in the warehouse and data in account.
13. To dispatch and control the materials according to plan, and manage the material and keep it safety in the stock.
14. To check the stock frequently and keep dry, pay attention to fire, theft, moisture, and cut off the power after leaving.
15. To make sure that package and label of parts we send out are compliant with requirement of customer, and provide all necessary documents for delivery to customers.
16. Zero complaints both from internal & external customers.
17. To Keep 5S in whole warehouse area
18. To work align with EHS rules
