职位描述：
主要职责Main responsibility:
1. 根据业务发展需求组织招聘活动，配置合适的员工；
Organize recruitment activities and staff proper person as per business development needs.
2. 分析劳动力市场与公司实际用人需求，开发优化招聘渠道和人才测评方法等，不断完善招聘流程，以确保招聘的有效性；
Analyze labor market and company actual talent demands, develop and improve recruitment channel and talent assessment approaches, continuously improve recruitment process to ensure the effectiveness of talent acquisition.
3. 收集培训需求，草拟培训计划，并定期跟踪培训计划的实施；
Collect training needs, draft training plan and follow the implementation of training plan.
4. 实施、优化新员工入职培训；根据培训需求组织安排相关培训；
Implement and improve orientation for new employees; Organize and arrange training as per actual demands.
5. 处理员工关系，管理员工合同和档案，维护员工信息，实施离职面谈，办理人事手续，参与劳动争议的处理等；Responsible for Employee Relationship, including managing employee contracts and archives, maintain employee information, conduct exit interview, deal with personnel procedures and participate in handling labor disputes etc.:
6. 处理部分日常行政事务，如办公区管理、办公用品管理等管理
Deal with some routine supporting jobs such as office area management, stationery management etc.;
7. 正确使用HRIS、考勤等系统，做好日常数据维护并进行持续优化以提高效率Ensure proper usage and daily data maintenance; continuously optimize to improve efficiency.
任职要求Job requirements:
1. 人力资源管理或工商管理类专业全日制本科以上学历Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
2. 熟悉劳动法规和政策Familiar with labor laws and regulations;
3. 英语熟练，CET- 6优先Good command in English, CET-6 is preferred;
4. 熟练使用办公室软件和人力资源管理系统Skilled in Office software and HRIS
5. 具备较强的数据分析能力，良好的沟通和人际交往能力Strong data analytical ability, good communication and interpersonal skills
6. 5年以上人力资源工作经验，3年以上招聘经验At least 5 years in HR, therein 3 years in recruitment
7. 具备国家人力资源资格证书者优先Holding national HR certificate is preferred. 举报 分享
