职位描述：
Job Description
1.Introduce Diehl technical capability, new product, application experience to customer in order to support sales team to development new customers or new projects
2.Interface with customers to fully understand customers’ technical requirements and to communicate with customers through customer necessary means
3.Preview and understanding of customer technical requirement for existing and brand new projects
4.Transfer and discussion of technical demand of customer with internal R&D dept. in order to ensure the customer demand are met finally
5.Proposal offering to R&D for design and solution initialization if necessary
6.Review design and solution together with R&D engineers to finalize technical offer/solution to customers
7.Set up internal test plan and test specifications with testing dept. together with project manager and sales manager
8.External coordination with customer validation engineers to set up validation plan of our products, and follow up and support all tests conducted on customer side until releasing is done, if necessary.
9.Work together with R&D to analyze problems happen related to our products in customer side and responsible to give technical feedback to customer in very quick and proactive manner.
10.keep close contact with customer engineering dept. to follow up our performance on existing projects and follow up customer new product/project tendency to help sales to identify new opportunity in time. And get back competitor’s technical information and study and analyze competitor’s products, which is similar to our products and technology
11.Keep close contact with R&D in Wuxi and Germany to introduce latest technology and transfer it to commercial benefit of company.
12.Work together with sales, project manager and R&D to set up time plan of new development project or technical change on existing project(Product change management)
13.New project follow up on technical development aspect
14.In charge of management and follow up of customer complain on technical aspect and keep filing
15.Document management for customer technical support
16.Support in commercial topics where technical input is required

Key Skills：
1. Good communication skills with technical dept. on customer side
2. Must be able to design and read engineering drawing and give other engineers clear and meaningful instructions which are essential to generate qualified drawings
3, Familiar with design software such as Auto CAD, Pro-E, CATIA, etc.
4, Must be Open minded and have innovative thinking
5, Customer orientation and proactive character
6, At least 5 years technical working experience in transmission product as R&D engineer or application engineer
7, Good understanding of TS16949;
