The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency.
Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. Every day, billions of people come into contact with Bühler technologies to cover their basic needs for foods, mobility, or communication.

Bühler China is the competent partner when it comes to machines, plants and services for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials. Bühler has been operating in China since the 1980's, with its headquarters located in Wuxi.

Duties

• Organizing site-logistic for Buhler-supplied equipment 组织安排公司设备的安装物流工作
• Preparing for start of site-installation做好安装调试前的准备工作
• Supervising site-safety of installation workers and equipment 监督管控现场, 确保人员及设备的安全
• Controlling site-installation quality, time and progress监控现场安装质量, 安装时间和进度
• Claim/Cost/Change Management 现场损控, 成本管理及变更管理
• Documentation and reporting 文件及报告类工作
• Communication & coordination between/among Buhler, customer and subcontractor 布勒、客户及第三承包方之间的沟通和协调

Qualifications

• Colleague degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Grain Process 大专以上学历，机械工程或粮食加工专业
• Experience in the flour, rice, feed or oil plant 具备面粉或大米或饲料或油脂工厂的工作经验
• More than 3 year equipment erection or maintenance experience in grain processing or chemical engineering industry is preferred 有三年以上粮食加工或化工行业的设备安装、维护保养经验者优先
• Good English skills both in oral and written 良好的英语口语和书面交流能力
• Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D, Excel, word and Power point 熟悉CAD/MS Office 办公软件的基本操作
• Familiar with engineering flow sheets/diagrams, all kinds of drawings 熟悉工程工艺, 阅读各类工程施工图纸
• Familiar with assembling the equipment and piping connecting 熟悉设备装配和管道连接
• Must be self-motivated and be able to motivate team members 自我激励与激励团队成员
• Team-oriented, process-oriented, open, flexible, independent 良好的团队合作, 过程导向精神, 开朗, 灵活的处理问题, 能独立开展工作
• Willing to travel 愿意出差
