Job Scope
1. Monthly accounts closing for local PRC and IFRS
2. Reporting to HQ using Hyperion standard reporting for consolidation, and management reporting.
3. Review G/L journal entries
4. Matters relating to audit and ad-hoc HQ request for numbers.
5. Monthly and quarterly submission to National and local tax authorities.
6. Daily tax related matters including withholding tax, LAT, BT reporting and submission.
7. Comply with the tax authorities requirements in relation to statistical requirement and data submission.
8. All tax invoices application and issuance relating to rental.
9. All matters relating to annual inspection, Industry and Commerce department and any other authorities compliance.
10. Review of expenses claims and reimbursement.
11. Assist in all PR matters with the tax authorities.
12. Reporting to finance manager and finance director

Qualifications & experience
1. At least an intermediate accounting certificate
2. At least 6 year experience in a medium or large corporation
3. Able to communicate in English
