职位描述：
EHS - ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

1. To establish and maintain the Company’s Health, Safety and Environment systems.
2. To monitor, evaluate and review Health, Safety and Environment Policy and Practice and to develop and implement new policy and procedure documents as required.
3. To develop, implement and evaluate a Health, Safety and Environment Action Plan for the Company, and to contribute to the development and delivery of the Company’s Business Plan.
4. To identify and meet employee training needs in relation to health and safety.
5. To consult employees on Health and Safety issues and to support and develop the role of the Company’s Health and Safety Committee, including arranging, and attending meetings.
6. To advise the Board and Management Team on the implications of current
and emerging health, safety ,environment and welfare legislation, including evaluating options, making recommendations and generating action plans to ensure compliance across the organization.
7. Support managers to maintain safe systems of work and implement best
practice, including providing specialist advice, coaching and practical support as needed.
8. To work with managers and staff to ensure risk assessments are prepared
and reviewed regularly.
9. To carry out audits to evaluate the effectiveness of Health and Safety systems and procedures, and identify and implement improvements.
10. To manage the collection, storage and analysis of accidents and other health
,safety and environment data and to produce management reports, identify trends and recommend action.
11. To investigate or, where appropriate, to assist others to investigate the
circumstances and causes of accidents and take necessary steps to prevent
a recurrence, including keeping written records of the investigation and action taken.
12. To access professional support and guidance from other relevant
organizations and external sources as necessary and to develop networks for sharing information.
13. Make sure water ,gas ,noise and waste emission comply with Chinese laws
14. Collect EHS related information from government, landlord and stakeholders.
15. Finish the plant –level EHS training for new employee and external operating personnel.
16. Manage the dangerous work permit.


QMS - ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Maintain and follow up action plant in Estamp WX.
- Responsible for Quality System Maintenance and be in charge of establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- In compliance with our ISO/TS 16949 and OHSAS/ISO14001 certification and make sure to maintain our level.




EDUCATION AND SKILL SETS REQUIRED

A solid experience of minimum 3 years in production environment. At least, 2 of them in automotive sector.
Experience (minimum 3 years) in similar position within the automotive sector.
Ability analysis.
Ability to mediate in conflict situations.
Ability to moderate, direct and / or participate in meetings. 举报 分享
