职位描述：

Job Responsibility:

1. Drive warehousing activities to maintain a high level of delivery capability to production and ensure internal material flow in an efficient and smooth way.

2.To supply products to the customer according to ordered type, quantity and lead time. Packing according to delivery schedule. Deliver goods according to order from stock accurately and in time.

3. Responsible for Research, analyze and implement methods of increasing productivity, including efficient space utilization, mechanical devices and human resources and maintain a good 5S environment. Organize, control the material by multiple method like Kanban, MRP, minimum stock level monitor.....etc.

4.Work closely with order processing/ Logistic / production department, reflect the necessary information to leader in time.

5.Keep warehouse devices, forklift and tools safe, orderly and clean by regular checks and corrective operation. To ensure working safety and prevent from accidents.

6. Responsible for inventory management, this including perform routine cycle counting of all inventory items and making the appropriate inventory adjustments, insure inventory integrity as to quantities and accurate part numbering in the warehouse.

Qualification:

1. College degree or above in Logistics or warehouse management equivalent majors

2. Over 5 years of working experience in warehouse and material management Over 2 Ys in the managerial role in an industrial company.

3. Good English on Writing, Speaking.

4. Be familiar with MRP operations system and warehousing module in (SAP/Navision), Be proficient in Microsoft office software.

5. Lean warehouse professional management experience is plus.

6. Good work attitude, work under pressure. Good communication skill with other departments.

7. Team player.

Pfisterer Power Connection Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. “PPCS (Wuxi)” is a target cost sourcing and manufacturing (TCSM) facility of the German/Swiss PFISTERER Holding Aktiengesellschaft. The facility is located in Daxincun Hongshan Sub District, Wuxi New District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. The legal entity was established in December 2012 and started the operation in July 2013.

The activities of PPCS (Wuxi) include 主要产品为：
1.Manufacturing of MV and HV Insulators and sales mainly on the global market, but also the domestic market via the PFISTERER Sales Division.
中高压绝缘子制造，产品主要销往国际市场，也会部分地销往国内市场。
2.“Processed Sourcing” for the group.为集团加工采购件
Sourcing of parts for the group which need certain value add in the PPCS (Wuxi) factory. This process includes purchase of parts, processing and resale of products by PPCS (Wuxi).
为集团购买零部件并在工厂进行加工，包括采购零件，加工和销售加工后产品。
3.“Direct Sourcing” support for parts and materials for the group.“直接采购”支持， 为集团直接采购原材料和零部件
Sourcing of parts for the group which do NOT need value add in the PPCS (Wuxi) factory. This process does not need purchase and resale by PPCS (Wuxi), but can be done by the group member.
PPCS (Wuxi) provides supplier qualification and quality assurance services.
这些采购的原材料和零部件无需在无锡工厂加工，直接提供给集团。但无锡工厂将负责供应商资质评估和质量管理。
4.Sales of Imported Cable Accessories on the domestic market.
在国内市场销售进口的电缆附件
5.Technical Support for Cable Accessories (installation supervision) on the domestic market.
为国内市场提供电缆附件技术支持（如安装指导）
The technological core processes of PPCS (Wuxi) include silicone rubber processing on 500 to 1,000 ton rubber injection moulding machines, cold metal processing (e.g. hydraulic pressing) and metal parts assembly. The products are used in electric power transmission and distribution networks .
费斯德（无锡）工厂核心技术集中在500-1000吨硅胶注塑工艺，金属冷加工工艺（如液压成型）及金属零件装配工艺。公司产品主要应用于输配电系统。
