1、根据公司发展战略制定本部门发展规划
2、能有效让下属发挥积极性，保质保量达成部门KPI
3、与其他部门有效沟通优化生产环境保证公司制造出低成本高品质产品
4、制定部门管理制度确保生产有序进行

5、大专以上学历，电子专业毕业为最佳
6、 8年LCD，LCM生产现场管理经验，或同等电子厂10年工作经验，有优秀沟通、执行能力，懂中型尺寸LCD Back End及组装经验优先
7、管理过2000人以上的工厂经验，同时有管理PMC部门经验
8、熟悉ISO14000，TS16949
9、熟悉SAP操作系统
