1. College graduated above/大专以上学历。
2. More than 5 years experience of sales, background in automotive related, tool or fastener fields is a preference/有5年以上销售工作经验,最好有汽车相关, 工具或者紧固件行业的背景。
3. Good command of internal and external communication/内外部良好的沟通技巧。
4. Familiar with computer skills/熟知计算机操作
5. Basic skills of communication in English/有一定英文沟通能力基础
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1、 Market promotion of Honsel branded products in the responsible territory/负责洪塞尔品牌产品在所负责市场区域的推广工作
2、To plan, implement the new customers development strategy, and maintain the good relationships with existing customers/新客户开发策略的制定、执行与老客户关系的维护
3、 To follow up and maintain the projects of automotive industry customers with the supports from related department/在相关部门的支持下跟踪、维护汽车行业客户的相关项目
4、 To visit the customers regually according to visiting plan, realize the market dynamics and customer requirements, complete the visiting reports/按计划积极拜访客户,了解市场动态和客户需求,完成拜访报告
5、 To follow the customer’s complaints regarding products and services, raise the suggestions of corrective actions to the company/跟踪客户对产品和服务的意见,及时向公司提出改善建议
6、 To accomplish the annual sales budget, and ensure the company to get receivable in time/完成公司下达的年度销售计划,保证及时回笼货款
7、 To plan and organize the industrial trade fair/行业展会的计划与组织
8、 To collect and analyze the competitors’ product and market information / 竞争品牌产品的市场信息的搜集和分析
