岗位描述：
Lead the engineering section part to achieve department KPI (Key performance index) through continuously improvement by below activities:
1. Defining strategies for the Technical department aligned to company goal
2. Appraise/review the performance & balance work load of part members.
3. Manage improvement project (Cost reduction, yield up, UPH increase, etc..)
4. Consult for investment decision.(New product/process/equipment introduction etc…)
5. Lead the TPM activities
6. Establish the standard guide line & engineering training
7. Coordinates with technical experts to response for internal & external feedback (audit , return lot, customer claim,..etc)

任职资格：
1学历：本科
2.专业：工科类
3.性别：男
4.工作经验：7年以上
5.At least 7 years management skill experiences in relevant Semiconductor Packaging field.
6.Able to speak & write well in English & Chinese. Korean language will be preferred if possible.
7.Able to work independence & perform under high pressure task.
8.Must have strong leadership & teamwork experience.
9.Had past experience on leading a group of people to achieve department KPI (Key performance index).
10.Have past experience on managing project to meet company goal(the continuously yield improvement, cost reduction , UPH increasing activities,..etc.)
11.Have past experience on coordinates with technical experts to response for internal & external feedback (audit , return lot, customer claim,..etc)
12.Have strong analysis skill by applying statistical tool (SPC,MSA,6 SIGMA, JMP, MINITAB,..etc) & trouble shooting ability
13.Have past experience on giving the technical related training.
