岗位职责：

1、 直接对本工段安全与健康工作负责,督促工段成员严格按规定操作,对潜在的不安全因素落实整改措施；

2、 实施库存控制避免物料短缺, 严格执行“三不”原则，支持制造质量；

3、 使班组形成不断改进的氛围，支持并积极参与不断改进的实施,提高班组成员的工作效率；

4、 协调班组及班次之间的交流与改进,对工段内工作作出决定；

5、 培训工段成员，保护并激励组员工的工作热情，建立团结、和谐、高效、敬业的团队；

6、 完成上一级布置的工作。

任职资格：

1、 本科或以上学历，工业工程/物流/机械/电子工程及相关专业；

2、 具备3年仓库管理/生产现场工作经验。
