职位描述：
工作职责 Responsibilities:
1. 在部门经理直接监督下,协助招聘筛选过程，找出***人选，并与他们联系，安排面试，与外部机构合作，维护数据库。
Works under direct supervision, assisting in recruiting and selection process, listing the best candidates and contacting them, arranging interviews, cooperation with external agencies and maintaining databases.

2. 准备内部和外部招聘广告，网络发布，规范外部招聘机构。
Prepares internal and external job advertisements, web postings, and specifications for external recruitment agencies.

3. 准备工作说明等材料按照该组织的招聘标准和业务需求。
Prepares job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs.

4. 回答询问候选人，背景调查，筛选候选人，并提供反馈给落选者。
Respond to inquiries from candidates, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates..

5. 准备工作录用资料，按照工作规范，确保成功的候选人有所有信息，然后给到人力资源伙伴可以进入员工入职流程。
Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications, be sure the successful candidates have all the information, and then delivery to HRBP to go ahead the ob-board program.


要求 Requirements:
1. 本科学历;
Bachelor degree

2.3-5年相关招聘工作经验
Related 1-2 year working experience

3. 注重细节，勤奋，耐心，良好的人际沟通
Detail-oriented, diligent, patient, and good interpersonal communication

4. 良好的沟通能力和执行能力
Good communication skill, and execution skill

5. 要以结果为导向，以及良好的团队合作精神
Be result-driven, and good team player

6. 良好的口头和书面英语沟通技巧
