职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the 'push-out' target is met;
- Maintain superior communication with local Sales Management, field sales force by channel and the Business Unit;
- Identify and develop the sales channels;
- Ensure total implementation of visibility, availability and reachability;
- Provide constant feedback to the Area Sales Manager, also to the Business Units as necessary and upon request;
- Facilitate training and briefing sessions with field force and promoters on the basics of demand generation at point of purchase.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in marketing is preferred;
- Five years extensive experience in FMCG, with two years management experience, sales and marketing is preferred;
- Excellent abilities on execution of local and national trade/consumer promotions and related evaluations;
- Have excellent qualities on internal communication with the field sales force;
- Strong marketing sense, excellent interpersonal skills, mature, responsible, flexible, stress tolerant, good planner and team player.
- Good oral and written English, proficient at MS Office software
