职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
-Establish detailed promotion plan by Channel, Customer, Brand and activity (display, DM, etc.) agreed by CCSD.
- Ensure flawless execution of promotions according to plan and POSM usage according to instructions with Field Sales.
- Manage POSM and allocate premiums, decorations, promoters, etc. according to plan and confirmed by CCSD.
- Ensure clear POP and Promotion communication through price indications, wobblers, etc. Secure POP with impact.
- Increase promoter productivity and sampling productivity in coordination with CCSD.
- Coordinate and follow-up with Field Sales promotion plans, freshness issues, listing, merchandising, etc.
- Drive with Field Sales & promoters implementation of merchandising guidelines and secondary displays.
- Provide proper documentation and data (promotion plan, contracts, evaluation, PO claims, off-take, POSM usage).
- Other tasks as instructed by immediate superior
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above;
·Experience in dealing with advertisement company.
·Excellent abilities on execution of local and national trade/ consumer promotions and related evaluations;
·Have excellent qualities on internal communication with the field sales force;
·Strong marketing sense, excellent interpersonal skills, mature, responsible, flexible, stress tolerant, good planner and team player;
·Good oral and written English, proficient at MS Office software.
