Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and supervise the team in order to achieve the assigned sales target
- Manage and monitor counter daily operations such as direction and guideline are followed properly and compliance to operation standards on procedures, reports, stock and other service standard
- Monitor and coach sales team performance
- Provide on the job training on product knowledge and customer service standard etc
- Handle and monitor manpower planning such as arrange duty roster
- Calcuate sales team commission/incentive
- Coordinate new store opening

Requirements:
Qualification & skills:
- University graduated;
- Proficiency in English & Chinese;
- Effective interpersonal skill, being able to communicate effectively with parties concerned;
- Proven planning and organizing skills;
- Proficient in using various kinds of PC software, e.g. Microsoft Office;
- To be a good team player as well as an independent worker.
Ø 大专或以上学历；
Ø 国语流利，具备良好的英文水平者优先考虑；
Ø 具备良好的语言表达能力与沟通协调能力；
Ø 具备优秀的组织和分析能力；
Ø 具备良好的办公室软件应用能力；
Ø 能胜任团队和独立工作。

Experience:
- At least 5 years solid experience with retailing preferred with exposure of high-end home;
- At least 3 years solid experience in supervising and managing promoters, preferred with exposure of high-end home appliance and high-end kitchenware.
- Familiar with high-end department stores and their business operation module in major cities of South China;
