ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述
'Implement external worker level recruitment and/or internal transfer programs to satisfy the organization’s total staffing requirements. Acts as a consult to provide the HR professional advice for business, support business to build up the talent pipeline and optimize the organization to meet business development, as well as acts as a liaison with employment agencies.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
-Provide account servicing and work as HR partners to support company’s long term, medium and short term business /department development strategy and human resource strategy;
-Involve and assist HRA Manager to establish human recourses annual plan;
-Conduct job analysis, maintain and update Job Description through effective communicate with department leader to understand the job;
-Use “Select for Success” principle and support on candidate screening, interview, hiring decision, and offering;
-Formulate, maintain and implement “Employment SOP”, regular review and ensure compliance with company policy and related regulations;
-Establish and implement Employee Termination procedure, conduct exit interview and exit analysis so to provide suggestion to reduce turn over rate;
-Cooperate with department on contracted staffs’ management. Ensure contracted staffs’ hiring and termination process are in compliance with company policies and related national laws and regulations;
-Cooperate with educational institute and HR team to initiate & drive for projects;
-Support all areas of company, bringing the HR strategy to meet specific business needs through face-to-face services that include manager coaching, labor relations, policy interpretation and many others;
-Ensure common definition and application of HR strategy and policies for regions and sub-regions – adapting where needed to meet business objectives;
-Collaborate with senior HR business partners in many cases serving multiple businesses;
-Coordinate with HR team to deliver HR processes, talent acquisition and training
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
'Qualification:
-Bachelor degree;
-At least 4 years experience in staffing and employee relation;
-Familiar with local municipal and state labor regulations;
-Good command of oral and written English;
-Practical knowledge in common computer software, such as Windows, Words, Excel.
Competency:
-Good connections with labor authorities and other human resources personnel such as recruitment or personnel agencies;
-Good Interviewing skills;
-People-oriented and good internal customer-focused mindset;
-Sense of responsibilities;
-Strict confidentiality and integrity;
-Good communication skills – verbal and written;
-Good interpersonal/listening skills;
-Deal with people at all levels in organization.
