职位描述


Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for performing Engineering assignments involving the creation, qualification and verification of showering product subassemblies and assemblies.
- Generate, define, select, specify, optimize and implement new innovative concepts for existing or modified showering products.
- Demonstrate a “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure the success of the team, Shower’s business, and the NPD projects undertaken.
2. Build PE and PIE team, to lead and manage the group to develop its functions and to ensure it works actively and effectively.
3. Build a lean team, to lead and manage the team to develop its functions.
4. Build the production process and production of technical documents, BOM setting, SOP making and management of standardization work.
5. Improve manufacturing standard hours, use kinds of IE methods and use of Lean manufacturing skills to improve manufacturing efficiency, production process and production innovation and automation production.
6. Formulates and recommends incentive scheme and payment system to motivate higher productivity result;
7. To create and manage succession plan for IE functions and develop best industrial engineering practices;
8. To identify individual strengths of the Engineers, and develop training needs;
9. Set up work task for each PE, IE member, Appraisal and develop subordinates; also give function technical support to team members.
10. Raise lean awareness and bring lean methodology and tools (such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) in order to improve the value of our manufactured products for our customers and eliminate waste from our manufacturing processes.
11. Using FMEA and other Engineering tools, translate customer, regulatory and reliability requirements into a qualification (verification) test plan, and measure the performance of the design (tooling / process) to the requirements.
12. Solve the problems and give technology support when trial-production and mass-production, and Regularly provide feedback, ideas and solutions for decreasing time to customers.

Requirements:
1. Above College degree, majored in industrial engineering;
2. At least 7 years-experience in manufacturing industry including 3 years engineering experience at managerial level;
3. strong professional knowledge in terms of operations research, methods engineering;
4. Good communication skills, effective leadership and strong personality;
5. Willing to work under pressure; teamwork spirit; Self-motivated and independent;
6. Strong production line with manpower, machinery and equipment assessment analysis ability;
7. Deep understanding of manufacturing process, proficient in and have the experience of successful implementation of lean production mode.
8. Efficient in written English and reasonable English speaking ability;

Adept at learning customer needs and shows commitment to customer satisfaction and builds credible customer relationship.
Personal adaptability:
Has intellectual/personal characteristics, which allow adaptation to diverse situations and to modify approaches on short notice. Ability and desire to continue to learn with the need for responsibility, achievement and success while maintaining high self-esteem. Is seen by others as having the highest levels of integrity and demonstrates selflessness.
Technical knowledge and skill:
Quality technologies such as: improvement techniques, quality planning, FEMA, auditing, SPC/6 sigma, inspection, information system, 8D etc. Demonstrate excellence in applying technical knowledge to business problem prevention and resolution, others reply on Lean manager for assistance or coaching in field.
