主要工作职责/Main duties and responsibilities
1.Carry out IT audit, internal control audit, risk management audit etc;
2.Internal audit provides a broad view of business and processes, identifies weaknesses and inefficiencies of internal control and operations with risk-oriented;
3.Perform on-site operational performance, and financial internal audit assignments;
4.Facilitates the audit project from start to finish, including planning and executing audit program;
5.Provide analysis and investigation on company processes to minimize risk and keep line with best practice;
6.Discuss findings and recommendations at all stages with auditee and relevant members of management;
7.Prepare audit reports of findings and recommendations for improvements;
8.Manage feedbacks on projects and conduct follow-up evaluation;
9.Ad-hoc assignments requested by senior management.

要求Requirements
a.学历要求（Education）
1.Bachelor degree or above in Audit/IT/Finance/Accounting/Economic;
2.CISA, CIA or equivalent certifications will be highly preferred;
b. 经验技能要求(Experience/Skills:）
1.At least 2 years IT audit experiences and financial working experience, familial with audit industry and financial service industry will be the plus;
2.Good communication skills to establish working relationships with different parties;
3.Strong risk assessment and analysis skills;
4.Self initiative and able to work independently and highly motivated to take responsibility;
5.Ready to travel around China;
c. 英语要求（English request）
Fluent in written and spoken English.
