Job Description:
- Evaluate route-to-market strategy in the Area
- Ensure clarity of channel definitions and must sell SKUs
- Develop cross-category solutions for channel and customer, together with channel/ customer leaders and SFE
- Coordinating and standardizing the SFE's work within the Region
- Ensure of execute necessary working tools (call cards and itineraries) and route planning.
- Entry training to new comers
- Coaching of DSO Leaders on sales policy
- Plan and propose training course and contents to local sales manager with regional HR and head-office training department on cooperate training program (identify talent within the system)
- Participate in JBP with key customers
- Evaluate Distributor Structure in the region
- Ensure at the regional level the profile of distributors and that they have defined territory,
channel and customers (outlets)
- Ensure that Distributors have contracts, know the trading terms and are provided targets on schedule
- Monitor Distributor KPIs, based on summary reports from the Areas
- Quarterly national sales development review and brainstorming
- Inputs to and follow-up with national projects
- Other tasks as instructed by immediate superior
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 8 years sales experince in FMCG industry,with 3 years management experience,
sales and marketing is preferred;
- Provincial-level sales-management experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong marketing sense, excellent interpersonal skills,
mature, responsible, flexible, stress tolerant, good planner and team player, result-oriented
