Job Description:
-Define Sales Forecast in agreement with ASM. Implement area KPIs and define Channel Brand Push-Out;
-Establish Promotion Plan following Head Office requirements. Consolidate detailed plan of the Areas;
-Improve Promoter and Sampling Productivity;
-Implement product assortment in the Channels according to guidelines and implement Merchandising guidelines;
-Implement promtions according to agreed plan and follow up on execution.

Ensure execution according to instructions;
-Provide reports on time: Targets, Promotion Plan, Promotion Evaluation (incl. pics),
Investment by Customer & Off-Take.


Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 8 years sales experince;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Access;
- Good communication skills and a consistent positive attitude.
- Strong marketing sense, excellent interpersonal skills,
mature, responsible, flexible, stress tolerant, good planner and team player, result-oriented
