_{Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent}

§ Lead packing NPI (new product introduction ) or expansion projects , conceptualizes total project , evaluate project risks and establishes key work priorities for development of design, scheduling and budgeting per EEM (early equipment management ) process .

§ Works with wrapping departments to seek machine improvement opportunity ,consults with factory management team on ways to improve wrapping processes, machinery for now and future business needs, provide justification of Capital projects if need

§ Performs liaison on packing technical matters with global engineering and regional engineering and a variety of outside contractors and vendors.

§ Monitor project progress and performance against the plan& project objectives, conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project,

§ Manage , coach and train up project members as well as supplier &contractor

§ Recommend packing equipment changes to Wrigley standards

§ Maintains close working relationships and effective communications with maintenance section , provides technical guidance & instruction in resolving day-to-day maintenance problems

_{Incumbent Requirements}

This position requires a bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent major along with at least 3 years of engineering project experience in multinational companies. The incumbent should have a solid background in mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles as well as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) ISO 9000/14000/18000,and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The incumbent should have good planning and analytical skill and good communication skill, and English proficiency, must be a proactive team player with integrity, maturity and confidence.
