Responsibility:
1. Accumulate in-depth understanding of infant nutrition market, channels and customers landscape/dynamics.
2. Deep dive into channels, key customers, shoppers and consumers through analysis of different channels, shopper behavior,market research and internal database.
3. Develop and implement differentiated channel strategy and activities to drive sales target and enhance brand image
4. Lead team to plan and prepare marketing and promotion activity plan in differrent channels, monitor the implementation progress and accountable for the final results
5. Innovate in new technology/digital/ tools to explore consumer activation and membership interaction plan.
6. Learn and understand the WHO Code, China Code, Nestle Instruction and Wyeth Nutrition China Policy and Procedure on the Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, as well as comply with business process and code of conduct, strictly adhering to all the requirements of related Wyeth Nutrition Policy and Procedure in development and implantation of business activities. Meanwhile, actively attend and participate in various forms of code compliance trainings and pass tests;

Requirement:
1). 8 years+ customer development experience in FMCG industry, at least 5 years experience in trade marketing, Infant Nutrition industry experience would be a plus；
8年以上快速消费品行业工作经验，至少5年通路行销经验，有婴幼儿营养品行业经验优先考虑
2). Proven experience in regional customer development management and business development;
在过往工作中，对于区域生意发展和客户管理有卓越的表现;
3) Equipped with excellent strategic thinking ability with big picture orientation as well as attention to detail;
优秀的策略思维以及生意方向的把控能力；
4). Strong analytical and problem solving skill；
良好的分析和解决问题的能力；
5).Possess excellent presentation and communication skills;
良好的沟通能力以及演示技巧；
6). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and the ability to multi-task;
