•  Be in charge of building up a successful ONLY JERSEY/SWEAT collection, for the constant fast moving and trend conscious Chinese market

•  Responsible of high-level design /quality /effective samples for the collection.

•  Higher sales achievement in targeted categories.

• Seasonal collection trends /color card /trimming developing base on latest catwalk / daily WGSN report.

• Seasonal samples developing/collection making/outfits shooting/flat shooting with Category Design Manager.
•  Lead in sourcing the new trend and new technique for target categories.
• Co-operation with Buyers /Pm’s /Suppliers to achieve the higher level ONLY productions.

• Follow the sales data, analyzing sales figures /orders and propose the solution.
•  In charge also set up collection presentation to management.

•   Responsible for communicating /visualize latest Trend/styling for Production teams/Retail managers, and merchandising team in order to strengthen ordering process/Store display of products.

• Close co-operation with Design/ Buying and Retail /Display team in China

• Close daily cooperation with ONLY CHINA categories manager in Beijing and Creative& Brand Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree and above.

• At least 3-5 years experience on doing jersey/sweat and with good knowledge on the fabric.
•  Understand the China’s market.

• Excellent in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Able to handle deadline pressure 

• Team player, good communication skill

• English speaking

• Candidate could be from Asian(South Korea/malaysia/singapore/taiwan/etc…) or Europe.
