Role and Objectives

1. Follow On-Board, resignation or transfer procedures for expat employees, save and manage labor contracts and other important documents.
2. Expat employees’ visa application at the beginning of the assignment, track the visa expire date and proceed the visa extension on the assignment and work permit cancelation at the end of the assignment.
3. Responsible for managing expat employees’ commercial insurance and other welfare;
4. Responsible for expat employees’ moving, apartment and other relevant things;
5. Providing necessary assist for expat employees’ daily work and life to help them to fit into Chinese life and culture;
6. Maintain and keep the accuracy of expat related data in SAP&BPM system
7. Collect, check and arrange payment for HR department;
8. Take responsibility for daily C&B and ER operation works;
9. lther arranged HR related temporary work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above ;
2. At least 1 years solid experience in relocation field ;
3. Fluent in written and spoken English and/or German;
4. Proactive work attitude and Customer -Serive Orentation;
