职位描述

工作职责：

Nestle Implant is an associate from Nestle but work 4 days a week in Customer office - Walmart, utilizing Nestle and Customer system in order to support sales growth, balance maximizing in-stock goals while minimizing inventory levels in Customer stores.

1、 Inventory management

(in-stock/inventory/DOH, Replenishment system parameter forecast accuracy, Promotion strategy execution & sell-thru)
2、Demand planning and Fulfillment

(CUSTOMER-Nestle CPFR, support CUSTOMER with first Priority, 30/60/90day forecast projections, OOS Risk notification, delivery issue coordination)
3、Initiative behavior

(Provide resolution for both Customer & Nestle requests, Business sense)

岗位要求：

1、Education University Graduate and above.

2、Worked in a Supply Chain function, experience of Retail Replenishment will be highly admired.

3、Be capable to handle customer requests & complaints. Be good at maintaining relationship with customer.

4、Been exposed to collaborative cross functional business development projects with a Customer or Generating Demand.
