职位职责：

1. 负责新开店铺的位置选择、合同条件谈判与条款审核;

 

2. 负责现有店铺柜位调整，与商场合作项目的条件谈判与合同条款审核；

 

3. 负责店铺工程进度的跟进以及问题的协调解决与处理；

 

4. 负责商场营销活动的组织安排与协调；

 

5. 负责重要商场关系的发展与维护；

 

6. 负责店铺销售财务回款的督促与跟进。

 

任职要求：

 

1.  35岁以下，全日制本科以上学历，五年以上服装专业店铺开店工作经验；

（PS: 最好是时尚女装开店经验，男装和运动行业开店经验也可，有购物中心资源最好，大型快时尚连锁公司开店人员需要警惕，行业差别较大）

 

2. 熟悉北京商场及各大购物中心，有良好的商场及购物中心资源关系，同时熟悉华北及东北重要商场和购物中心者更佳；

 

3. 性格开朗，具备良好的沟通技巧和谈判能力，数据，PPT及excel能力好；

 

4. 适应在压力下工作，能够接受短期出差；（PS：最大出差量估计是隔周出差）

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  Title: Retail Expansion manager

 

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for location selection of new stores, contract conditions negotiation and terms reviewing;

 

2. Responsible for the relocation negotiation of the existing stores including the review of the contract terms;

 

3. Responsible for the follow-up of the shores’ decoration progress and keep the coordination with landlords to open stores.

 

4. Responsible for communication of the stores’ annual promotion plan with landlords, in charge of store promotions arrangement and coordination with landlords;

 

5. Responsible for the development and maintenance of important mall relationships;

 

5. Responsible for the supervision and follow-up of financial payment collection of store sales from landlords.

 

Qualification:

 

1. Under the age of 35, with a full-time bachelor degree or above, and more than five years of retail expansion experience in clothing brand company;

 

2. Familiar with Beijing shopping malls and shopping centers, good relationship with shopping malls and shopping centers’ landlords, and familiar with important shopping malls and shopping centers in north and northeast China is better;

 

3. Cheerful personality, good communication and negotiation skills, good  excel and PPT skill, proficient in data analysis is preferred;

 

4. Able to work under pressure and accept short-term business trips; (PS: the maximum travel is estimated to be every other week)
